چکیده
A novel enzyme-free photoelectrochemical (PEC) potential measurement system based on Dy-OSCN was designed for ascorbic acid (AA) detection. The separation and transmission of internal carriers were accelerated the chemical properties became more stable under light excitation due to regular microstructure prepared monocrystal. More importantly, PEC method (OCPT, open circuit potential-time) used in this work conducive reduction photoelectric corrosion less interference introduced during detection process, which effectively ensured repeatability stability electrode. Under optimal conditions, monocrystal successfully served as a matrix AA, sensor exhibited wide linear range from 7.94 × 10?6 mol/L 1.113 10?2 sensitive limit 3.35 ?M. Practical human urine sample analysis further revealed accuracy feasibility Dy-OSCN-based platform. It is expected that such would provide new way rapid non-invasive AA level assessment body constitution monitoring lays foundation development practical products.

Improved assessments of human exposure to electrophilic chemicals require rapid and inexpensive analytical techniques that can detect specific urinary metabolites at low levels as needed for epidemiological screenings of large populations. The first aim of this study has been to apply rational hapten design strategies to develop a more sensitive and selective enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay f...
متن کاملAn enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of esfenvalerate metabolites in human urine.
The pyrethroids are one of the most heavily used insecticide classes in the world. Sensitive and rapid analytical techniques are needed for assessments of human exposure to these compounds. Highly sensitive and selective ELISAs for glycine conjugates of esfenvalerate key metabolites phenoxybenzoic acid (PBA) and s-fenvalerate acid (sFA) were developed. Rabbits were immunized with either N-(3-ph...
متن کاملCOBALT PHTHALOCYANINE MODIFIED CARBON PASTE ELECTRODE AS A POTENTIOMETRIC SENSOR FOR DETERMINATION OF ASCORBIC ACID
A carbon Paste electrode modified with cobalt (II) phthalocyanine (CoPC) was used as a sensitive potentiometric sensor for determination of ascorbic acid in aqueous solutions. The potential response of the electrode is a linear function of ascorbic acid concentration over the range 5 10 to 10 M (?1- 1800 µg ML ) with a Nernstian slope of 56 mV at pH 7. The limit of detection was 0.2 µg ...
